The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.33428/2014 dated 17.12.2014 came forward to file the present contempt petition.

The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with, vide communication of the respondent/Contemnor dated 23.03.2015 in Na.Ka.No.G5/5620/2011. He has produced a copy of the said communication before this Court, which is taken on file and record.

In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his further remedy in accordance with law, if he is so aggrieved.
