2. Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff and the learned counsel appearing for the defendant are appeared through Video Conferencing. On 10.09.2020, while at the time of passing orders in A.No.1920 of 2020, this Court ordered for amending the application.

Subsequent to that, so far, the amendment is not carried out in the main application. Further, amended copy of the petition, is also not filed.

3. Hence, list the matter on 17.03.2021, for carrying out the necessary amendment and for filing amended copy of the petition and also for additional court fee.
