ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the third respondent to implement the time scale of pay to the petitioner and to settle the other arrears and monetary benefits based on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
