O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to pay salary to the petitioner from the month of December 2016, who is working as Appraiser of the 3rd respondent Society from 02.11.2015 onwards.

2. Heard Mr.S.Doraisamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Ms.T.Girija, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.

3. Pursuant to the orders of this Court, the President of the 3rd respondent Society Ms.R.Rajeswari appeared before this Court and tendered unconditional apology for non payment of salary to the petitioner. However, it is stated that the salary of the petitioner, including arrears, are all paid.

4. An affidavit dated 05.06.2017 has also been filed by the President of the 3rd respondent Society stating that she has paid all the consolidated pay dues to the petitioner on 13.04.2017 and therefore, she cannot be found fault with.

5. Accepting the unconditional apology of the President of the 3rd respondent Society and also considering the fact that the salary due to the petitioner has been paid, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
