2. Heard Mr.V.V.Sairam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.L.Namasivayam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
