This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 29.7.2014 and to investigate the same in accordance with law expeditiously and consequently direct the first respondent to monitor the investigation of the same.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Cr.No.547 of 2015 has been registered for the offence under Section 381 IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein.
