Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writs of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein to take appropriate action based on the letter issued by the 1st respondent in Letter No.32749/ C1/ 2020 dated 18.01.2021 in respect of the registration of an affidavit in Document No.8322 of 2018 dated 18.09.2018 and 23.11.2018 in the Sub-Registrars Office at Neelankarai within the time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.
