O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 18.08.2023 wherein the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.S.Muthukrishnan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property through a sale deed dated 19.01.2009 which was registered as document No.38 of 2009. The petitioner wanted patta to be transferred in his name and hence, he submitted representations. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. There shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an OnLine application to the second respondent seeking for patta along with all the relevant documents and particulars. On receipt of the same, the 2/4

second respondent shall take a decision on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks thereafter. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
