ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made a representation dated 05.12.2019, inter alia, alleging that the private respondents have made encroachments in the public park.

2.Though the aforesaid representation is not disposed of, the learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the second respondent would consider the same after due notice to the alleged encroachers, including the private respondents.

3.The aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 stands recorded. The second respondent is directed to do the needful after due notice to the parties and thereafter pass a speaking order by disposing of the representation dated 05.12.2019 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
