ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to grant patta for the land measuring 46 cents in Survey No.307 and the land measuring 52 cents in Survey No.308 at Karimangalam Village and Taluk, Dharmapuri District in favour of the petitioner, by considering the Application of the petitioner dated 11.02.2020.

2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 21.05.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the RDO, second respondent herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the Application of the petitioner dated 11.02.2020 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
