ORDER
The petitioner seeks modification of the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Sathuvachari Police Station, Vellore, in Crl.O.P.No.32518 of 2024 dated 08.01.2025.
2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition for more than two days.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner had not complied with the condition for more than two days, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Sathuvachari Police Station, Vellore imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32518 of 2024 Page No.2 of 4
dated 08.01.2025.
