Respondent Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records connected with the order in Na.Ka.No.Na.Ka.4344/Aa2/2011, dated 12.09.2011 on the file of the respondent herein and quash the same and consequently, directing the respondent herein to appoint the petitioner herein to the post of Graduate Teacher (Telugu Pandit) by issuing call letter for certificate verification.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the order, dated 12.09.2011, in and by which, the petitioner's representation was considered pursuant to the direction of this Court in W.P.No.4812 of 2011 and his prayer was rejected.

2. The claim of the petitioner in the representation is that she should be called for for filling up of the post of Linguistic Minority (Telugu Teacher). The said representation was rejected on the ground that as and when a decision is taken to fill up the post after obtaining the permission of the Government, she will be called for as per law.

3. As a matter of fact, the learned Counsel for the respondent has brought to the notice of this Court that subsequently, challenging the nonselection of the petitioner, the petitioner has filed W.P.No.12521 of 2012 which was dismissed by the order of this Court, dated 01.09.2023 on the ground that on and from 23.08.2010, passing of the TET is an essential qualification and therefore, the petitioner cannot be considered. As a matter 2/4

of fact, the petitioner also filed yet another Writ Petition in W.P.No.9533 of 2014 challenging the proceedings of the year 2012, in which also, the petitioner was not considered and the said Writ Petition was also dismissed.

4. In view thereof, there are no merits in the Writ Petition and is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
