This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2015 in C.S.R.No.66 of 2015.

2.Heard Mr.P.Anbazhagan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record. 3.It is represented by the learned Additional public Prosecutor that the dispute is between the petitioner and the counter petitioner for worshiping in the local Temple. In this regard, CSR.Nos.186 and 187 of 2014 have been registered and the matter was referred to the Revenue Divisional Officer for taking appropriate action and the Revenue Divisional Officer has initiated proceedings under Section 107 CrPC. At present, two other cases in CSR Nos.224 and 194 of 2015 are pending. Since the matter is seized by the Revenue Divisional Officer, no positive direction can be issued. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer for appropriate action.
