PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to call for the entire records connected with the FIR in Crime No. 364 of 2014 dated 09.10.2014 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

The prayer in this Criminal Original Petition is to call for the entire records connected with the FIR in Crime No. 364 of 2014 dated 09.10.2014 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police have already completed the investigation in Crime No. 364 of 2014 and closed the same. It is further submitted that they have also filed a final report on 17.09.2018 before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate No.I, Tiruvallur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
