ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para no.7(b) " the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 6.30 p.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.27534 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024 on the file of this Court in Crime No.259 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27534 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024 is relaxed.
