ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition stating necessary facts. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
2. In view of the above facts, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
3. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.5486 and 5487 of 2019 are closed.
