This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed, seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.345 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Court at Ponneri and transfer the same to that of the Principal Family Court at Chennai.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent are present. Learned counsel for the respondent reported no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.345/2018 on the file of the Subordinate Court at Ponneri to the file of the Principal Family Court at Chennai and also submits that the respondent is residing in Bangalore, thereby, he has no objection even if it is transfered to the file of Principal Family Court at Chennai.

3. Considering the circumstances, this Petition is allowed as prayed for. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
