Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 08.09.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3699 of 2023, the writ petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 08.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.3699 of 2023 has been complied with and also produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondents dated 15.02.2024, to that effect.
