ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioner's allegation is that though private respondent was earlier removed being an encroacher, pursuant to the direction issued by this Court on 27.06.2023, he has again encroached upon

a part of water channel.

2. Respondents 3 and 4 shall conduct survey, if not already conducted and if any encroachment is found, forward the report to appropriate authority i.e. Water Resource Department or Panchayat or Revenue, as the case may be, who shall remove the encroachments. The exercise should be completed within a period of three months.
