Road, Padi which falls within the prohibited distance as prescribed in the IMFL Retail Vending Rules, based on the representation dated 15.12.2011.

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner's license is said to be expired and TASMAC shop has also been licensed to other third parties. Hence no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition.
