This Civil Revision petition was already disposed of by this Court on 24.6.2019. At the instace of the counsel appearing for the petitioner, the matter has been listed today under the caption "Being Mentioned".

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in para 8 of the order in the 6th line, instead of, ''The contention of the plaintiff'', it has been wrongly typed as ''The contention of the defendants and the same has to be corrected.

3. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after making the aforesaid correction in 6th line, para 8 of the order.
