ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 06.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32677 of 2024, that Page No.1 of 4

the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32677 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
