2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order has been complied by the respondent vide communication dated 13.07.2023 bearing Reference No.01453/217/[p/52/[p521/2021-3. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
