ORDER

This Criminal Revision case has been filed to set aside the order passed by the IV Additional Sessions Judge, Bhavani, in Crl.Appeal No.11 of 2014 dated 20.02.2017 by confirming the judgment of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Bhavani, passed in S.C.No.40 of 2013 dated 10.01.2014.

2. When the matter was listed on 17.10.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the matter to be listed on 18.10.2022, under the caption "For Dismissal". On 18.10.2022, this Court directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to get proper instruction from the petitioner and report before this Court, on 31.10.2022.

3. Today also no one was represented by the petitioner in person or through pleader. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the case further.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision case stands dismissed for non prosecution.
