This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents herein to allot alternate site suitable for sites identified by the petitioner or any other site feasible to run the retail outlet meeting Petroleum Rules, Petroleum Explosive Safety Organization Norms and other Rules, ear-mark the same and enter into a lease agreement with mutually agreed rentals.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a perusal of a records, it is seen that the representation submitted by the petitioner in the year 2019 cannot be considered after a period of five years. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation on a fresh cause of action, if so advised. 2/4
