ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition in Para 6(c) that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation" in Crl.O.P.No.18353 of 2025, dated 20.11.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has 20 days complying the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18353 of 2025, dated 20.11.2025.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18353 of 2025, dated 20.11.2025, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a Week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of four more weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation".
