The learned counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the impugned Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.181 Industries (MIC.1) Department, dated 14.12.2011 has not been given effect to and further, it has been modified. On account of efflux of time, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.

2. However, if any other grievance exists for the petitioner, it is left open to them to redress the same in the manner known to law.

3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
