This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner herein dated 12.03.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that a case was registered on the basis of the compliant of the petitioner, dated 12.03.2014 in Cr.No.303 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent and after investigation, the same was closed as mistake of fact.
