ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to issue patta for the subject property after considering the representation made by the petitioner on 16.07.2024 and after taking note of the report of the Village Administrative Officer dated 29.11.2024 and report of the Revenue Inspector dated 23.12.2024.

2.Heard Mr.A.Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the representation made by the petitioner is under consideration before the respondent.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and particularly, the report of

3/4 the Village Administrative Officer dated 29.11.2024 and the report of the Revenue Inspector dated 23.12.2024, there shall be a direction to the respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 16.07.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
