(The matter is heard through "Video conferencing") Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Vivekananthan, the learned counsel representing Mr.R.Subramanian, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.Susila, the learned counsel representing Mr.A.E.Ravichandran, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and has been compromised on 22.02.2019. The suit itself was decided on 22.02.2019 and nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.

2.Recording the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the 1st respondent, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
