This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur, every First working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15846 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.NO.21919 of 2024 by an order dated 13.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21919 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.15846 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21919 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 is relaxed.
