This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6776 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5657 of 2023, dated 23.04.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on monthly once i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6776 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5657 of 2023, dated 23.04.2024 is relaxed. 4.
