2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that complaint against the petitioner has been treated as petition in CSR.No.258 of 2017 and enquiry is on.

3. Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed.

4. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquriy.

5. Respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within two months.
