This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report within the stipulated period in Crime No.32 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the Inspector of Police, Auroville Police Station, Villupuram District.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would on instruction from the Anbarasan, Inspector of Police attached to the respondent police station submit that investigation in the case has been completed and the final report has been filed as early as on 15.03.2021, before the Judicial Magistrate, Vaanur, Villupuram. 3.Recording the same, direction is issued to the Judicial Magistrate, Vaanur, Villupuram, is directed to take final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on file at the earliest and dispose the case in accordance with law.
