This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 22.11.2004 on file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Ambur, Vellore in O.S.No.21 of 2004.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the matter has been settled out of Court and he has filed a Memo dated 01.12.2021 to that effect as directed by this Court.
