When the matter was taken up for hearing on the last occasion (i.e. 17.11.2021), none appeared for the petitioner and hence, this Court adjourned the matter to 19.11.2021, so as to give one more opportunity to the petitioner. Even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
