This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the Judicial Magistrate at Arakkonam, Vellore on the first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders imposed in the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14848 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.302 of 2022 dated 26.09.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the Judicial Magistrate at Arakkonam, Vellore on the first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14848 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.302 of 2022 dated 26.09.2022 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.
