PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court, Salem on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.27079 of 2024 order dated 20.11.2024.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court, Salem on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.27079 of 2024 order dated 20.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court; that the charge sheet is also filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 7(a) of Crl.O.P.No.27079 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 is totally relaxed. 19.02.2025 dk Page No.2 of 4
