This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 17 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Petition to set aside the judgment passed by the learned XII Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai in Spl.C.C.No.7 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter in the usual course.
