O R D E R

The present civil revision petition has been filed challenging the the fair and decreetal order dated 08.01.2020 made in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.21 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tiruchengode.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have died way back in the month of January 2023 and he has also filed a memo dated 11.10.2023 on behalf of the petitioners to that effect. The said memo is recorded by this Court and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder:- "It is submitted that the petitioners in the above civil revision petition are died way back in the month of January 2023. No instructions either from the counterpart or from the petitioners side to implead the legal representatives on behalf of the deceased petitioners. In view of the same I am unable to proceed further in the above revision.

It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record this memo and pass suitable orders for the interest and ends of justice."

3. In view of the memo dated 11.10.2023 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the civil revision petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is also closed.
