C.M.P.No.8938 of 2021 nvi in C.M.A.SR.No.19560 of 2021 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1418 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The notice has been served on both the parties.

3.Mr.Paranthaman, learned counsel is appointed as Court Guardian for R2.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1418 days is condoned on condition that the learned counsel for the appellant is directed to pay a cost of Rs.750/- to the learned counsel for the second respondent.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.Paranthaman, learned counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.

7. Counter if any, post the matter after two weeks.
