This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2018 and to allow the petitioner to register any type of registration with regard to his property situated at Hosur Village in S.Nos.184 185 186/A 186/C in the light this Court's order dated 25.07.2018 in Review Application Nos.77, 78 and 79/2017 forthwith.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3. At the outset, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation, dated 02.07.2018 would be considered on merits and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the said submission, without going into the merits or otherwise of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 02.07.2018 submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
