O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for alleging disobedience of the orders and directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.1446 of 2015 dated 22.01.2015.

2. It is seen that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, notice has been issued to the petitioner on 26.05.2015 and copy of the same has also been communicated to the counsel for the petitioner.

3. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the respondents have not concluded the proceedings and passed a reasoned orders.

4. Hence, the respondents are directed to conclude the proceedings, if not already concluded, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. This Contempt Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
