Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to provide "Financial assistance to the Petitioner under the Financial Assistance Scheme under the Art and Culture for the Indigent Artist of Art and Culture 2013-2014 as per proceedings dated 24.02.2014 No. 7741/E2/2013 along with arrears amount from 01.08.2013.

ORDER

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First, Second, Fourth and Fifth Respondent submits that the First Respondent has sanctioned the special pension to the Petitioner by order dated 30.07.2019 vide proceedings No.0894/E2/2015.

The Third Respondent has filed counter affidavit stating that necessary instructions have been issued to the Fifth Respondent to make disbursement of the pension amount. 3.

The arrears of pension accumulated till 31.08.2019 shall be paid on or before 30.09.2019 and the monthly pension thereafter shall be paid on the due dates.

The Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
