This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 17 days of delay in filing the criminal revision petition to set aside the judgement passed by the learned XII Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai in Spl.C.C.No.7 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024 as against the petitioner by considering the period of incarceration and acquit the petitioner from the above case.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
