CMP.No.8862/2017 in S.A.No.1304/2013 SVNJ The earlier order of this Court dated 09/06/2017 directing the petitioner to effect paper publication has not been complied with. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to effect fresh paper publication in anyone of the Tamil newspaper circulated widely in the area concerned, on or before 09/07/17, indicating the date of hearing of the Second Appeal as 17.07.2017. Proof of such paper publication shall be filed before this Court on or before 12/07/2017.
