ORDER
The matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", today. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to argue the matter. This Court, by its earlier order dated 04.03.2019, directed the petitioner to implead the private parties against whom he is aggrieved, as party respondents in this Writ Petition. Despite the said direction, the petitioner has not impleaded the necessary parties as party respondents in this Writ Petition. One more opportunity was also granted to the petitioner on 24.02.2021 to implead the private parties as party respondents. Despite repeated opportunities granted to the petitioner, he has not chosen to implead the necessary parties as party respondents in this Writ Petition. However, the learned counsel for the respondents is present. Therefore, it can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
prosecuting the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
