When the matter came up for hearing on 05.07.2023, this Court dismissed the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner died and no steps have been taken to substitute the legal heirs of the petitioner. 2.The records were scrutinized and it was found that a petition has already been filed to substitute the legal heirs in WMP No.5963 of 2022. In view of the same, the matter was posted under the caption 'For Clarification' today. 3.The order of dismissal passed on 05.07.2023, is hereby recalled. The petition in WMP No.5963 of 2022, is hereby allowed.
4.The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title.
