(CRIME NO.737 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26024/2022 by an order dated 04.01.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26024 of 2021 dated 04.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners have been complying the conditions by reporting before the Investigating Officer every week on Saturday.

3.
