ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has submitted a letter dated 18.06.2016 before the Registry. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect, which runs as under : " The complainant herself withdrawn the complaint in D.V.A.No.10 of 2015 on 02.12.2015, based on the order passed by the trial Court, this Crl.OP is infructuous, hence I may be permitted to withdraw."

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
